The Text Deflector app needs to access your contacts and text messages to provide personalized autoresponses to your incoming text messages. This data is used for no other purposes.
During normal operation the Text Deflector app collects no data and nothing is transmitted to Text Deflector's servers.
You may choose to generate and send a debug log containing phone numbers and text message contents to Text Deflector to diagnose an issue, but this is never automatically triggered. Should you choose to share a debug log with Text Deflector, you may first redact it as desired, you retain ownership of that data, Text Deflector will only use it for the purposes of diagnosing your issue, and will destroy our copy of your data immediately afterward.
Standard, non-private app usage data is collected by the Google Play platform for app analytics.
